Expanding Mandrel, Straight Shank - Quick Release

This versatile Expanding Mandrel Set features a straight shank design and can be used either between centres or held securely in a 3-jaw chuck, offering excellent flexibility for a wide range of machining applications.

Each mandrel is equipped with multiple interchangeable sleeves, with every sleeve providing a 0.5mm expansion range for precise internal gripping. The sleeves are mounted in an eccentric ring integrated into the knurled quick-release nut, which threads onto the tapered mandrel body—functioning similarly to an ER collet system, but in reverse. This design ensures fast setup, secure clamping, and consistent concentricity.
