Expanding Mandrel, MT2 Shank - Quick Release

This Morse Taper Expanding Mandrel Set is designed for direct mounting into machines with an MT2 spindle, including lathes, milling machines, and rotary tables. Providing a rigid and accurate setup, it eliminates the need for additional holders while ensuring excellent concentricity for precision machining tasks.

Each mandrel is supplied with multiple interchangeable sleeves, with every sleeve offering a 0.5mm expansion range for precise internal gripping. The sleeves are mounted in an eccentric ring within the knurled quick-release nut, which threads onto the tapered body—operating similarly to an ER collet system in reverse. This allows for quick adjustments, strong clamping force, and repeatable accuracy.
