Update on Your Order's Delivery

Dear Customer,

We are writing with a quick update regarding a recent change to our shipping services.

One of our couriers, Sendle, has temporarily paused operations. This only affects a small number of domestic parcel orders placed on 9 January 2026.

If your order was impacted, we’ve already rebooked it with Australia Post Parcel Post as of today, 12 January 2026. You will receive your updated tracking details automatically—no action is needed.

Please note: This change only applies to standard parcel services. Machine orders remain unaffected, as they are shipped via TNT and Northline as usual.

For now, Australia Post will handle our standard parcel deliveries. We’re also exploring additional courier partners to continue offering you reliable shipping options with competitive rates.
