Product Informations:

This Heavy Duty 100mm (4") fly cutter head is designed for accurate and efficient surface facing on milling machines. Featuring an interchangeable arbor system, the cutter can be easily configured to suit a wide range of machines and spindle types.

Arbor options include 20mm straight shank, MT2, MT3, BT30, BT40, NT30, NT40 and R8, making this fly cutter suitable for both milling machines and machines using collet or chuck-mounted tooling.

The fly cutter accepts two tool options:

  • Indexable Kyocera TNMG160408 insert for high speeds and long tool life
  • HSS M2 1/2" Square tool bit for general use and custom-ground profiles
